tested samppes, According to the viability test to granule product of St. faecalis under storage in room temperature condition during 12 month, the orginal population of 4.1 X109/g Organisms were decreased to 3.2 X109/g. and the storaged in 40¡ÆC temperature the Organisms were decreased to 2.2X109/g. To the tablet product of L. acidophilus which were storaged under room temperture during 12 month, the original population of 4 OX10¢¥/g Organisms were decreased to 2.OX10¢¥/g. and the storaged 40¡ÆC temperature, the Organisms were decreased to 1.8X10¢¥/8.
2. The samples which were prepared with St. faecalis under 0. 5% moistvre codition during 6 month,
4.1 X 109/g of original population of the Organisms were decreased to 3.6 x 109/g and producted over 3 moisture were decreased to 1. 2 X 10$/g.
